Hosting

This website is hosted via ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical connection data, such as IP address, browser information, time of access and requested resources, is processed to deliver and protect the website. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in a functional, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hosting providers process connection data for technical operation.

Your enquiry

When you use the form, your name, email address, project type, timeframe, any preferred date and time window, required photography, furnishing, photo count, optional property address and message are stored to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can also contact me by email; pre-contractual enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. You will not be automatically subscribed to a newsletter.

Storage and access

Form enquiries are stored in the protected studio inbox and are accessible to the authorised studio account. Enquiry data is deleted when it is no longer needed for its purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Providing your details is voluntary; without the required information, I cannot respond through the form.

No analytics or advertising tracking

I do not embed analytics tools, advertising trackers or external fonts. Fonts are served locally.

Technically necessary cookies

I do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The hosting and sign-in services may use technically necessary cookies for security, access control and authentication. ChatGPT sign-in is used for protected access.
